The location was very convenient as it had good access to the port harbor and shopping streets, making it an excellent base for sightseeing! The room was fairly spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably even with my luggage spread out. However, the view from the window was blocked by the neighboring building, which made the room feel a bit dark overall. It may not be suitable for those who are expecting a nice view from their room. There were many foreign staff members and international guests, creating an overall international atmosphere. Also, the breakfast was really delicious! There were many options, and I was very satisfied. If you don't mind the darkness of the room or the lack of a view, it's a hotel that I can recommend for its good location and tasty breakfast.

Since it was a birthday trip for both of us, we splurged a little. The room was spacious, and the stylish atmosphere was fantastic! The bathroom had a TV and a jet bath, which was the best. The night view from the room was also lovely. I had informed them in advance that it was for a birthday, and the staff pleasantly surprised us with a little surprise, which made us very happy! The room service meals were delicious, and the breakfast buffet was incredibly generous, which made us very satisfied!

It was close to the station, so it was really convenient to get there right after the live event 😊 I really appreciated having SEKKISEI skincare amenities, and the hairdryer had a strong airflow, which was helpful. The pajamas were separated into top and bottom, so I was comfortable! The room was very clean, and the entrance smelled nice! I definitely want to stay here again when I visit Kobe!

I booked the accommodation for about 80,000 won per night. The bedding was a bit disappointing, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also convenient to use. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the lemon water and coffee available in the lobby on the second floor. Since it's right next to Don Quijote, it seems like a good place to explore in the late hours if there's nothing else to do for dinner.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, but they flexibly accommodated me and guided me to a non-smoking room. The front desk staff, as well as the cleaning staff, greeted me politely, and I was able to leave feeling good. The amenities were also well-equipped, with a powerful hairdryer, an office chair, a larger mirror, and a bright desk lamp in the room, making for a comfortable stay. It takes about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, so it's easy to access even in summer, and I had no trouble finding a late dinner. I would like to use this place again the next time I come to Sannomiya.

The best hotel I've stayed at since arriving in Japan. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. When we asked about how to get to the port for our ferry tickets, they printed out a map for us (in English) and gave detailed directions. The staff's English was great, so communication was smooth. The hotel facilities were perfect; the room was very spacious and tidy, with great views from the windows, and all the daily necessities were available. The air conditioning was very quiet, which did not interfere with our rest. Additionally, the overall environment was very peaceful. There was also an ice machine in the hallway, which was very convenient. The breakfast was not cheap, but absolutely worth the price. Plus, the breakfast restaurant offered a view of Kobe city, making it a pleasant experience. In terms of location, it is situated in the city center, close to various shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions, and most importantly, the subway and tram stations are right outside, making travel extremely convenient. In summary, it is a hotel that scores high in all aspects and is not overly expensive; staying here is a good choice for normal travel without budget constraints.

They automatically assigned me to a women-only floor. The building had an old impression, but it was very clean and I was able to spend my time very comfortably. The amenities were also well-selected products, and the room was equipped with a foot massager and an air purifier, making me feel like I received services beyond the price. If I have the chance, I would like to use it again.

The interior was clean, possibly due to the renovated parts. Although it was small, everything was conveniently within reach. The refrigerator wasn't very cold. Cleaning was done every three nights, and used towels had to be placed in the hallway; new ones could be picked up at the front desk when needed. It would have been nice to have a garbage disposal area in the hallway as well. (Did I just not notice?) The bathtub was a bit larger and had plenty of hot water, which was good, but there were issues with drainage. Sounds from the upper floor echoed quite a bit. I could also hear voices from the neighboring room. I had expected it to be quiet based on reviews. The distance to tourist spots and shopping areas like Sannomiya and Motomachi was a bit far, but for me, who had an early morning departure on the airport line, the station was very close, which was helpful.

I have used over ten hotels around Sannomiya and Motomachi for business. While all the hotels were reasonably good, this hotel was the best among them (*^^*) During my two-day stay, various staff members assisted me at the front desk and dining area, and all of them provided excellent service. There wasn't much waiting time, and staff members promptly came out from the back room to greet me. The building itself seems to be older, but the interiors are clean and very well-maintained. The cleaning was thorough. There is a desk, making it perfect for those who need to use a computer. The welcome drink had a wide variety, and I enjoyed several of them. Breakfast was in a buffet style, with a wide selection and everything was delicious, so I ended up eating to my heart's content. Over two days, the menu changed beyond the usual items, so I never got bored! The famous Union Curry was also delicious 🍛 It is a little bit away from the station, but there is a Lawson nearby, as well as Sushi Rō, Marugame, Ousho, and Sukiya, so I had no trouble finding places to eat. The location was also good 😊 I feel like I should have used this hotel much sooner! I've decided to stay here from now on ✨ Thank you for the wonderful service! ✨

I chose to stay here because of the hotel's excellent reputation for breakfast. Overall, I would say, "I want to revisit this hotel as a purpose of travel." The spacious interior with wooden floors has an undeniable age in its facilities. However, it is apparent from various aspects that the staff is meticulously cleaning and preparing. I was surprised by the high quality of the breakfast. The taste and variety are absolutely wonderful, and they have devised a way for guests to sample many types in small portions. Additionally, despite being busy, the hall staff managed to be efficient and elegant in their actions, demonstrating great consideration in the display of dishes, clearing plates, and communication. The staff's efforts and attention to detail are evident throughout the hotel, and I felt that they are fully committed to providing the best hospitality with the existing facilities. I stayed in a twin room with my daughter. It's just a short walk from Minato-Motomachi Station on the subway. The room is simple but sufficient for one night, and there is also a hot spring with plenty of amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of dishes, and we enjoyed omelets made by the chef. My daughter was impressed by the deliciousness of the rice porridge. Everything was tasty and we were very satisfied. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were all kind! The price is also affordable and a great deal.

The room is spacious, clean, and bright, completely free of the confinement typically found in single rooms. You can also have your cart stored before check-in. In front of the front desk, there is a free coffee machine that grinds beans, an ice machine, a coin laundry, and a water dispenser that provides hot water at each floor's elevator area. There is a bus stop right in front, with buses coming frequently, similar to the Yamanote Line. It's just one section to Sannomiya Station, which is within the Area 120, allowing you to go to the front of Kobe Daimaru for 120 yen. From Shin-Kobe Station, it's two sections away, or a 12-13 minute walk. Next door is a Lawson convenience store, and on the first floor of the hotel, there is Matsuya, where you can enjoy Matsuya's breakfast set if you include breakfast. The front desk and cleaning staff are friendly and provide pleasant service. For business trips to Kobe, this hotel is the only choice.

First of all, I didn't have high expectations when I initially booked this place because the cover looked quite ordinary, and there weren't many reviews. However, when I arrived, I found it to be a great value for money. 1. The transportation is convenient, but it's not near the Sannomiya Station; it's two stations away. It’s close to several other stations, and I highly recommend exiting from Kobe Nanakubo. (The Sixteen Station on the map is not very accurate.) If you choose a closer exit, you can reach it in about six to seven minutes! If you choose one a bit further, it should take about ten minutes. 2. The environment is clean and well-designed. The first floor is a communal area, the second floor is for accommodation, the third floor is for showers, and I haven't checked the fourth floor yet, but it should be a rooftop. I stayed in a female dormitory with six beds, and I found the space and beds to be quite large. Plus, they only require you to check out by 12 o'clock, which is really friendly. 3. If you're a girl and like cute things, this place is also very close to the Kobe Rilakkuma Café, just a 10-minute walk away. 4. In any case, if I come again and it's just me, I would definitely choose this place again because I really liked it.

The hotel is beautiful! In front is a café, elegantly decorated in a classic style, resembling a house from a Miyazaki film. Although the room is a quadruple, there is actually only a bunk bed inside, connected to the neighboring room through a small doorway. The lower bunk has a curtain, and the glass door next to the bed leads directly to the backyard, providing good privacy and light. With the curtain pulled, it almost feels like a private room. The space is relatively large for a hostel, enough to open a suitcase. There is a wash basin in the room. The air conditioning can be controlled independently. The sound insulation is average, but most of the noise comes from the kitchen lounge area outside the room; sounds from other rooms are fine. The price is reasonable. It's a quick walk to the subway station. There are many affordable and tasty restaurants on the street outside. It’s worth noting that there are steps from the roadside to the entrance, which may be a bit difficult with a suitcase, but it's actually a flat path coming in from the commercial street side. The staff doesn't appear much, so everyone comes and goes quite freely. There are many interesting little corners; I only discovered a small outdoor loft with loungers on the last day. It’s a thoughtfully arranged place, worth a stay.

I chose this place because I didn't want to use an extra bed and was looking for a place with three single beds. There was also a table next to the three beds, and the room was spacious enough to open three suitcases. The facilities were well-equipped, allowing for phone charging next to the beds, and it was easy to store luggage. In the afternoon, it was nice to enjoy coffee and donuts. Initially, I got a bit lost because a large building was under construction next door, but I eventually found a way to get to the station from the back. There was also a shopping mall with a supermarket and Daiso in the back, which was very convenient to use. Overall, I was satisfied.
