“Amazing Hotel”
The bed sheets and towels were spotless, the bathroom was excellent with strong water pressure and cleanliness, the room itself was very clean and fragrant, breakfast was delicious and the price was reasonable. The location was also strategic, within walking distance to all tourist spots around Georgetown. The staff, including the parking guards, were professional, helpful, and polite.

“Must-stay hotels in Penang!”
I brought my father to check in, and we booked a twin room with breakfast, it was truly amazing! Check-in was at 3 PM, and the room was arranged on the third floor with a pool view. The space was quite large, the shower had strong water pressure, and I slept very well! The breakfast had a variety of options and tasted great! The hotel's location is really good, with CAT buses nearby, and other buses can take you to tourist attractions. It's also convenient to walk to the Clan Jetties and the Street Art area! There are many dining options around. The staff was enthusiastic, and the hotel had a pleasant fragrance! I will choose this place again when I come back to Penang!

“The staff's response is excellent.”
The staff at this hotel always greeted us with a smile, and we had a very pleasant stay. I think the location is perfect for sightseeing. There was also a hawker just beyond the lobby's hedge, and there were restaurants on the other side, making it easy to walk to Little India, which had plenty of sights to enjoy on a stroll. “Excellent experience”
