Ideal Earth Hotel is number one in crisis management! Every employee put in their utmost effort to help us resolve our issues, and we are deeply grateful!
Speaking of our little trip to Hualien, a major tragedy occurred in the parking lot of the new check-in spot, 7-11 by the waterfront. I accidentally tripped over the parking barrier and fell hard, injuring my chin and bleeding profusely. The manager came out right away to check on us and asked if we needed help. I thought I was okay and continued on to check in at Ideal Earth.
After an hour or two, the bleeding started again, and the pain intensified. I asked the medical staff at Ideal Earth for help with my wound. Mr. Pan, the medical staff member, assessed the injury and suggested that I go to the hospital for treatment since the wound was large and deep. He immediately took me to the emergency room at Mennonite Hospital and even waited for us outside, specifically advising us to get a doctor's note and a receipt. In the end, I received five stitches and a tetanus shot! (Good thing it was dealt with promptly; otherwise, I could have ended up with scars on my face!)
