"If you want to stay as a couple near Sannomiya, it's a good option. On weekdays, it's very cheap, and you can stay for about 3000 to 4000 yen per person, and the beds are big. They also provide parfaits as a service, so I'm very satisfied. The location is a bit of a downside as you have to walk up a slope from the prefectural office station, but still, I think it's one of the best love hotels in Kobe."

"The location is extremely convenient with food, shopping, and transit all accessible. All the basic necessities of an apartment are included and it was clean. My only issues were that there is nowhere to hang anything in the apartmnet, and this would not be reasonable to cram 7 people into. 2 or 3 adults would be perfect but beyond that, laying futons out for more would make the space unusable for anything but sleeping. "In Kobe, hotels are generally expensive, so I chose a place that seemed relatively affordable and easy to stay in. Since I had a car, it wasn't an issue that the area had many hills, and there was a bus stop right in front of the apartment, so that wasn't a problem either. However, there was no parking available, so I parked in a Repark next door, which cost 1200 yen for a day, making it much more reasonable compared to 300 yen for 10 minutes in the city center. The building is old, and the elevator has a button-operated system, resembling sliding doors, which is a rare type not commonly seen nowadays, making it worth riding. While it felt quite aged, the interior was equipped with hospitality items, so I didn't have any trouble during my stay. The full amenities created a charming atmosphere, giving it a stylish vibe. There were six beds, so it would be quite economical for a large group. One thing I would mention is that I wanted to watch Netflix on a big screen, but I couldn't use my account because it was logged into a non-paying account. I wish they had logged out at least so that I could log in with my own account; it was disappointing that I couldn't watch anything. Other than that, I was able to relax and enjoy a laid-back stay with my child."

"Location is fine; tatami is just a thin mattress; no hanger rack and we can just put our winter clothes on the sofa. It has a washing machine but again, no hanger so I do not recommend washing clothes there."
