Beautiful hotel with a lot of potential, but the management seriously needs to improve their system. The place is new and visually stunning, I really had high hopes. But I didn’t expect it to be that crowded. We waited in line at the reception for about 15–20 mins just to check in 😭 The lobby area was packed and I honestly thought there was an event going on.. turns out, everyone was just waiting to check in too. Staff looked overwhelmed and unprepared, probably because they’re still adjusting to the new system. But management, please simplify the check-in process and train your team properly so they don’t panic in front of guests. Room-wise, no complaints. It was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the design was lovely. Too bad I didn’t get to take any photos because I was already stressed from the long wait. Next morning, I went down for breakfast around 8AM hoping to avoid the crowd… but NO 😭😭 The queue was longer than a nasi kandar line. I waited nearly 30 mins to even get in. That’s not even counting the line to get food after that. Food was running out, the dining area was packed, kids were running around, someone even dropped a cup—it was chaotic and stressful. 🙏🏻😌 I genuinely hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously. The place is beautiful, but good service and a proper system are what make people want to return. Please improve. 😉
Big applause to everybody who's working in the m social hotel. From front of the door until back of the door was superb. Their staff always greet the guests. My check in was assisted by ms meena and mr reuben. Check in was smooth but my check out took so long since it was guest check out time. My bags was carried by the concierge service. Overall, the room was spacious, partial seaview, super clean, nice and warm. Since the hotel still new so no stain on bedsheets and no broken things. Don't surprise if no mineral water in the room because they have clean water dispenser right in the hallway. The swimming pool was great and clean. The excess to the beach also easy, take the elevator going down and few steps to the beach. I'm very impressed with their breakfast, lots of food and most importantly they have coffee machine. Fresh omelette but needed to queuing. About the parking, it was easy to get parking if not in the peaks hour. Nothing more than I can say because my staying was amazing. I'm sure will come again.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Social M! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed with all the essentials provided. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and thoughtful touches that made the stay more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was perfect for both work and leisure. The hotel’s vibe is very social and lively — true to its name. The common areas are stylish and inviting, making it easy to meet people or simply relax with a coffee. The location is also excellent, close to cafes, shops, and public transport, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, Hotel Social M exceeded my expectations. Great value for money, friendly service, and a refreshing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting and will happily return on my next trip.
i have checked in on weekend stylish family room with breakfast.. good service from receptionist and others staff.. easy check in and the room is nice and comfortable … my kids also enjoy the pool and breakfast food… one of most i like is water pressure so strong flow. is great to take shower… we enjoy our staycation with M social resort accomadation…

“Brand New Hotel”
This hotel has just officially launched this July 2025. Everything seems new. Cleanliness is observed throughout the hotel and I'm very satisfied with my room (the housekeeping team's effort shows). My room is spacious and well appointed; and the balcony with a seaview is the icing on the cake. I came and stayed on a quiet weekday and there was no crowd at all; zero queue at check-in. I arrived earlier than check-in time and was told that I cannot check-in as no rooms were available; and they could not attend to my registration as their system is unlike that of other hotels. (Wow, hmm teething issues?)This dampened my holiday spirit; and as the front-office team didn't offer any other solution to show hospitality. I then suggested that the least they could do is to sort out my registration/deposit payment, offer to store my luggage and invite me to a welcome drink while I wait. Fortunately for all of us, a room did become available. Nonetheless, one would expect a brand new hotel to have their personnel present themselves with a more welcoming hospitality and enthusiasm in serving their clients and make an effort to ensure that the processes be easier. Similar thing was observed during check-out, where I was not offered to tap my credit card for settling a small fee but was expected to insert my card with a password (that I need to find) just because their payment device and system seem to be a little problematic. Also, only one counter out of three at the reception was open; and three front-desk officers were manning that one booth to attend to the clients that approach. So if you are in the queue, you have no choice but to wait (instead of having one of them open the other counter to help speed things up). I cannot imagine what it would be like at peak season. I really hope they can reduce this inefficiency and simplify their check-in and out process in future. Despite this, kudos to two personnel who sincerely showed their kind hospitality. Debby at the Social Hub went out of her way to assist me with my lunch as I was rushing to catch my afternoon meeting; and Nash from Beast & Butterflies who was attentive to serve me dinner even when the restaurant was devoid of any guest/patron at that time (8pm) which for a minute I thought it was closed. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I did get to enjoy a few laps at the swimming pool (free of noisy crowd). I would have been super happy if M Social has a Spa (which was mentioned on their Intro video; so perhaps in the future). I did not get to try the much talked about AI Butler service as the device in my room indicated that it's service is not as yet available. So, will I return? Maybe, if their service/hospitality gets better.
